Following the break-up of AT&T, Polaris was founded in 1984 by seasoned AT&T Executives. With deregulation of the telecommunications industry, competition has led to incredible technological advancements.

Against this backdrop, the concept of “Shared Tenant Services” (STS) seemed a perfect solution for building owners, property managers and most of all tenants. Economies of scale would allow tenants in high rise buildings to utilize a host of services; telecom, cabling, cable-tv and the introduction of high speed internet in 1998. We are the only STS in the country to continuously operate since 1984.

For tenants, STS represents a convenient one-stop shopping service that includes everything from the installation and maintenance of high speed internet and advanced telecom services such as; voice mail, unified messaging, data networks, cable-tv, cabling and toll free numbers to mention a few.

Tenants receive one bill for all services or multiple bills to suit their specific needs. Tenants want service as well as technology and service is the top priority at Polaris.
